I contacted Tessa at Lake District Jewellery with an idea for a memorial pendant using my late father's thumbprint. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive — guiding me through the process with genuine care.
Even though Tessa hadn’t worked with the specific material I used to take the mould, she took the time to research it thoroughly, kept me updated throughout, and approached everything with such thoughtfulness and dedication. She was always an absolute pleasure to speak to — warm, professional, and clearly passionate about her work.

Re Loved Ring
Customer had a silver ring which had a cracked amethyst in it, that meant alot to her, the amethyst was to damaged to re set so Instead we used the brocken bits to re set them into resin and set into a new Ring
